Returns & Exchange

Because our product are handcrafted in small batches, we currently offers returns or replacement for :

• Damaged items.
• Broken Candles ( during shipping).
• Incorrect items received.

If there's an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will take care of you.

Soaps are not returnable due to the nature of the product.

Others products only if with proof of damages at the arrival time.
